Shipping Policy


  1. Processing is 3-5 business days. If a preorder was purchased, the customer will be notified once products have been shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. 
  2. skinTEA is not responsible for tracking a customer's package. All customers are responsible for tracking their own packages with the carrier provided via email. All communication regarding the customer's package after it has been shipped, should be made between customer and the carrier service provided associated with the tracking number.
